Hello again; Corn roaster 1
Today, I’m writing to share the news that I have sold the Texas corn roaster. It was located in South Carolina. The buyer is a gentleman named Bill Dodd from Ohio. He and the owner spoke on the phone at the beginning of the week. After the owner agreed to allow him $300 for the cost of fuel to pick it up, he agreed to buy it for $8,200. He picked it up yesterday, paid the owner, and the owner has already sent my commission. She has also promised to call next week with a few more items to sell; so you can look forward to that in a future blog post or email newsletter. In the last couple of weeks I have had several calls about this unit. I think it had to do with the changing of the calendar. With more festivals and fairs starting, people are more urgent about adding a new food item for this year. I actually had another man call me after it was sold. I promised to let him know if I ran across another one of these units. So, if you have a Texas corn roaster or a quality competitor’s model, please let me know about it. I am also looking for a hot dog cart for a buyer in Sacremento. It must be able to pass city, county, and state health department requirements there. You can either use the submit listing form or the contact me form I will still have to charge my usual commission of ten percent of course. This makes the third sale so far this year for the midway marketplace, and there are several more pending. If you have equipment such as rides, games, inflatables, generators, bunk houses, travel trailers, arcade games, food trailers, concessions machines, tents and tables, trucks or vans, etc; then I hope you will consider giving me a try. It doesn’t cost you anything unless I sell your items. No sales, no fees; what could be easier than that? I look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to call, email, or text any time. Even if you just have a question. I’m always happy to meet new people and discuss the industry I love with them. Thanks and take care, Max
